Have u tried the self-adhesive bras, they usually sit lower. I know some people don’t like the way they sit so another option could be a demi cup bra. Hopefully some women who have the same dress can provide further advice.

I recently purchased a Coast Prague dress (Product code: 26396600) which I love but am struggling to find a bra which sits correctly under it. Can anyone give me some tips on the best style to choose so that the top of the bra does not show.
